Holy Mackerel! has it really been a week since I last posted? I’m off my game.
There’s been a lot of falling off (diet, exercise, blog, draw) but I’m going to fix this starting now.
Okay because it’s the end of the day (work day) and I feel all greasy and tired and I still have the drive home ahead of me and I still have to work out, here’s a disorganized list of things that have happened in the last week and/or any thoughts I’ve had:
- I’ve finished reading two regency romance novels. God, I’m not even embarrassed to admit that I get obsessed with these anymore.
- Lyndon and I have had our 3rd waltzing class and both of us art still confused at how to do the teacup spin. We’re not really good at doing this but I just enjoy being held by him. And he tries so hard and it’s so CUTE!
- I made bbq pulled pork sandwiches from scratch in the slow cooker and it came out fantastic. Next, I’m going to make ribs in the slow cooker.
- At work, I got a brand spankin’ new computer with gianter monitors that are now glossy and LED. I’ve been preoccupied getting things JUST RIGHT.
- Lyndon and I are revamping Onigiri Robot. I can’t say when we’ll have that up and running. I might move all of my artwork over there or something. This makes me want to do a whole re-org of EVERYTHING.
- Watched a coworker perform with a rock metal band out on our front patio at work. They did Crazy Train and it was awesome!
- I’m kind of sort of working on my tan. I’m one of the brown girls at work, I should be brown right?
That’s about it for now. I’m currently obsessed with screaming robot noises at random times. And Back to the Future.
P.S. For a few nights this last week, I’ve had dreams with Jack Donaghy in them. Not Alec Baldwin the real guy but the character played by Alec Baldwin. It could be that we’re again watching 30 Rock seasons 1 – 3 over again (for the -th time). Obsessed?
Time to go.

Pray tell, what novels have you read? I trust your recommendation if they’re good!
Teacup spin–sounds complicated and delightful. Can’t wait for a demonstration.
Yum! Slow cooking rocks, doesn’t it? I only discovered its delicousness this year. I’m thinking the ribs will be finger licking good!
It’s too hot here too. Suppose to reach 108 today, but I heard its 114 in AZ. It’s crazy isn’t it–to be in that kind of heat.
Have fun with with your new monitor!

I liked the books because of the heartache. That’s my meter for measuring how much I like a book – how much it breaks my heart.
I think we may have the teacup spin down. But it still makes us dizzy. Haha. We’ll try to show you if there’s enough room. We look like robots when we dance though. At least that’s how I imagine we look.
Let’s figure out something to stick in the slow cooker while you’re here. Any requests?
It doesn’t look like it’ll be super hot when you get here. We can always go shopping if you need something else to wear! Hehe. I’m always down for that.
It’s gonna be fun!
