Holy Mackerel! has it really been a week since I last posted? I’m off my game.
There’s been a lot of falling off (diet, exercise, blog, draw) but I’m going to fix this starting now.
Okay because it’s the end of the day (work day) and I feel all greasy and tired and I still have the drive home ahead of me and I still have to work out, here’s a disorganized list of things that have happened in the last week and/or any thoughts I’ve had:
- I’ve finished reading two regency romance novels. God, I’m not even embarrassed to admit that I get obsessed with these anymore.
- Lyndon and I have had our 3rd waltzing class and both of us art still confused at how to do the teacup spin. We’re not really good at doing this but I just enjoy being held by him. And he tries so hard and it’s so CUTE!
- I made bbq pulled pork sandwiches from scratch in the slow cooker and it came out fantastic. Next, I’m going to make ribs in the slow cooker.
- At work, I got a brand spankin’ new computer with gianter monitors that are now glossy and LED. I’ve been preoccupied getting things JUST RIGHT.
- Lyndon and I are revamping Onigiri Robot. I can’t say when we’ll have that up and running. I might move all of my artwork over there or something. This makes me want to do a whole re-org of EVERYTHING.
- Watched a coworker perform with a rock metal band out on our front patio at work. They did Crazy Train and it was awesome!
- I’m kind of sort of working on my tan. I’m one of the brown girls at work, I should be brown right?
That’s about it for now. I’m currently obsessed with screaming robot noises at random times. And Back to the Future.
P.S. For a few nights this last week, I’ve had dreams with Jack Donaghy in them. Not Alec Baldwin the real guy but the character played by Alec Baldwin. It could be that we’re again watching 30 Rock seasons 1 – 3 over again (for the -th time). Obsessed?
Time to go.

April 1st, 2010
As I find movies and trailers (I already have some going), I will add to this list.
I’ve left in a word or to things I’m excited for and highlights for me.
added
- Prince of Persia The games were beautiful and fantastic. Fun to play/watch. The movie looks exciting and as (if not more) beautiful than the game. And scruffy, rough, burly Jake Gyllenhaal? That definitely adds to the appeal. Hubba Hubba.
- Hey, Hey, It’s Esther Blueburger Ok so… 1. Her name is Esther. She’s a nerdy girl with glasses. 2. Sometimes they call her Esther Cheeseburger. And 3. Toni Colette. Why wouldn’t I see this??
- Toy Story 3 I don’t really need to say more about this, right?
Speaking of sequels, I hear they’re making a Paranormal Activity 2. What the hee-haw? How do they even make a sequel to that? It kind of blows because it cheapens the whole experience. I don’t know…
…more to come.

I love movies. I love seeing movies to wait for for the year. This begins my EAM (Eagerly Awaited Movie) List for 2010.
As I find movies and trailers (I already have some going), I will add to this list.
- Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World This is crazy to me. I used to visit radiomaru back in the day when I first began my online life. It is so very awesome his comic book is now an awesome looking movie! I’m very very very excited for the movie. Love comic books to movie movies. J’adore George Michael (I can’t stop calling him that). Michael Cera. And Edgar Wright! I watched Hot Fuzz for a full straight weekend and I could easily do it again (and again). Can’t wait! Can’t wait!
- Clash of the Titans Helloooooo! Sam Worthington, awesome CG and greek mythology!!! Do I need to say any more???
- The A-Team Nostalgia! …and Sharlto Copley. I want the van. I would have my next vehicle be a black mini van with a red A-Team stripe on it. For reals.
- Iron Man 2 My birthday movie this year! I love when an awesome movie comes out around the time of my birthday. I’m interested in seeing more of Scarlet Johansson. She looked pretty badass as Black Widow. And WOW! a whole iron army. Reminds me of the golden army from Hellboy II – but more sleek and quick. Yay for Don Cheadle stepping in as Rhodey. Mickey Rourke = gross.
- Tron Legacy Ok so…How bad do I want one of those light cycles? REALLY BAD. I’m interested in seeing Tron and Flynn. Are they CGing them in? Interesting….
- Eclipse Just because.
- The Last Airbender Curiouser and curiouser. Should I watch the anime before or after this M. Night Shyamalan version?
…more to come.
